About Wishaw YMCA
Wishaw YMCA was purpose built in 1915 and is situated on Main Street. We have two halls plus club rooms a sauna and showering facilities within the building. The association is governed by twelve Directors and we operate 52 weeks of the year. We currently have on average 150 male members and all our club leaders are volunteers.
We place a particular emphasis on ‘keep fit’ in all its forms. Circuit training, floor exercises, weight training on machines and weight lifting, indoor football etc. All aimed towards better health.
We offer facilities to males aged 16 and over to keep fit with similar facilities for females of all ages.
